If you have Windows 10 Pro, jump to step 2.
For Windows 10 Home, start at step 1.

STEP 1.
click on windows icon in lower left corner of screen
type powershell
click on "Run as Administrator"

cd to the directory containing this how-to text file.

type:  .\gpedit-enabler.bat

if successful, close the powershell window
If you had an error message, it was most likely because
you were not running powershell as administrator.

STEP 2.
click on windows icon in lower left corner of screen
type gpedit.msc
press enter

go to:
Local Computer Policy
 Computer Configuration
  Administrative Templates
   Windows Components
    Windows Update
     Windows Update for Business <- click on this

double click on: Select the target Feature Update version

click on "Enabled" check box
in the box "Which Windows product..." type: Windows 10
in the box "Target Version for..."    type: 21H2
click on "OK"

close the Local Group Policy Eeditor window
