click on windows icon in lower left corner of screen
type gpedit.msc
press enter

go to:
Local Computer Policy
 Computer Configuration
  Administrative Templates
   Windows Components
    Windows Update
     Windows Update for Business <- click on this

double click on: Select the target Feature Update version
click on "Disabled" check box
click on "OK"

close the editor window
